This is a loft type space with one brick wall and all the black walls around and black ceiling. Black studio was made to avoid any lighting reflections bouncing off from the walls or ceiling. You will have a full control on the lighting during film or photo shoot. There is no natural lighting coming from outside to the space. Acoustic panels installed on the ceiling to prevent sound reflections during the film shoot. The space includes 2 bathrooms. Additional lighting, video equipment or crew are not included to the rent, but you can rent it from us. We allow to only use it in the studio, we don’t rent it out from the space. You pay flat fee that covers the equipment rent for the whole time that you are renting the studio.
